This work will be carried out in a coordination and sometimes advisory function, but one at a very technical level that demands key competences - technical knowledge, organisational or individual qualifications in space engineering, operations, and applications themselves. Providers of this technical support are required to be suitably objective and independent from financial involvement in the markets covered by the relevant standards - a requirement mandated by the standards agreements themselves. Actual contract values are as follows; Lot 1: Technical Support - Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) - The contract duration is 1 year with the provision to extend the contract annually by 1 additional year up to a maximum of 3 additional years (1 year+1+1+1).
