Lot 1 - Pavilion Stand Build A pavilion site and basic structure in the International Village of the festival will be hired by the BFI for the duration of the Cannes International Film Festival. We will then require a supplier to build and fit-out the space to create an impactful and smoothly functioning UK Film Centre at the Festival for the year 2020 (with the option to extend to 2021 and 2022). Lot 2 - Logistical Delivery We require a supplier to project manage the Project and lead on delivering a working UK Film Centre Pavilion (including information point, key comms, meetings areas, various events delivery, partner office, storage, tech and cafe) working closely with the BFI, stakeholders and delivery partners.
