## Notice

Bath & North East Somerset Council (hereafter referred to as "the Council") wishes to establish a single-provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Health Safety and CDM Services. The services to be provided under the framework may include:- * the provision of advice and audit services to the Client in respect of its health and safety responsibilities, processes and procedures in relation to design, pre-construction, planning, construction and maintenance works; * the provision of advice to the Client relating to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations; * Attendance at project design and progress meetings; * Conducting site health and safety audits; * Presenting training courses, workshops and seminars. This Contract will not be split into lots because Work Orders will be of such a nature and value that they may be delivered by SME's. Please note all communication in relation to this opportunity must take place via ProContract. The Council will not respond to emails or phone calls.
