Lot 3: Environmental, Sustainability & Efficiency with Retro-fit: * Environment, Sustainability and Efficiency Services - Will provide the services to the Council in matters related to Environment, Sustainability and Efficiency as they affect construction related projects and in particular the retro fit of measures. measures utilising qualified Retrofit Advisors, Retrofit Assessors, Retrofit Coordinators, Retrofit Designers , and advising on pathways to work with suitably qualified Retrofit Installers . It also provides the services to the Council in matters related to Heritage & Conservation utilising Historic Building Professionals.
