## Notice

We require your most competitive tender submission based on attached specification and drawings. Please ensure you include for all/any items you deem applicable to complete the works. We require your price to be fixed of the duration of the works and remain open for acceptance for a period of 3 months. These will where at variance take precedence and commencement of work is deemed acceptance of this clause.
