The initiative aims to assess and improve train station facilities across the Tees Valley, preparing them for future rail service enhancements. This consultancy work is to review recent station audits, advise on any gaps in provision and develop an outline costed programme and delivery plan setting out a scope of potential investment. Upon completion of this stage or work, TVCA may prioritise interventions and work with the consultant to begin development work on proposed rail interventions through GRIP1-3 / PACE1 (ES1-3) and other appropriate project development stages for non rail interventions.
