The contract will commence on 1st April 2022, initially ending following the 3-year period on 30th April 2025. Additional information: Solihull Community Housing (SCH) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which was set up on 1 April 2004 to manage the housing stock owned by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. SCH delivers landlord services on behalf of the Council under a management agreement which was re-negotiated in 2014.
