This study aims to provide both a quantitative and qualitative analysis of gender equality in a specific area of the energy sector in Mexico in order to determine potential area of work for the Energy strand of the Mexico Prosperity Fund programme. It also aims to increase awareness and visibility of social inclusion issues in the sector and to promote the work of national and international organisations in tackling the issue.
