## Summary

The procurement falls under the health and social work services category and is currently at the Tender stage, with submissions due by 26 June 2019. The initiative aims to establish a Flexible Purchasing System for the provision of accommodation and support services tailored for young people aged 16 to 25 who have left care or require specific support. The anticipated contract period is set to begin on 1 October 2019 and run for a duration of up to ten years, with an estimated annual spend of £2.4 million.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses specialising in social work, housing provision, and support services. The contracting model includes various Lots, such as Group Living and Supported Tenancy, allowing small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) to collaborate and deliver impactful services within the Yorkshire and the Humber region.
