## Notice

AWARD ONLY Housing has a statutory requirement to inform tenants in writing of annual changes to their rent charges. This is done in February-March each year. Ahead of this year, we went out to tender for a supplier to print the 4x year-end letters (formal notice, insurance, direct debit changes, full breakdown) for the next 3 years in an attempt to reduce the overall cost and reduce the risk associated with finding a supplier each year. This is a request to Waive standings as only 1 quotation was submitted.
