Warrington Borough Council invites you to tender for a framework for the delivery of the Council's programme of Highway Capital Works within the Borough of Warrington.The framework term is two years commencing on 5 July 2021, with optional extensions of two 12 months periods by mutual agreement.The Conditions of Contract for the framework will be the NEC Framework Contract.
