The Group seek to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced consultant to survey our commerical stock and provide the Group with a cost plan for future maintenance and investment requirements, this should include: Urgent/Immediate repair requirements; Within 12 months; Standard repair/replacement (2-5 years) Quinguennial repair/replacement up to 30 years
