Work with the IM Team and Digital Strategic Partner to ensure smooth onboarding of new members - ensuring they work in collaboration with the in-house development team to deliv-er the agreed business priorities. Work with the IM Team and Digital Strategic Partner to oversee and inform delivery of the Public Facing Services programme of work - particularly the user research and development of the citizen facing journey for Public Enquiries, Examinations Procedural Review Service, Freedom of Information and Subject Access Request services.
