## Notice

(Note any alternative to be clarified and approved during the clarification period). OPTION B: As Option A plus removal of a structural column in the hall and replace with a goal post system and replacing the roof over the hall. The Authority is providing option A and option A+B for works depending upon capital investment required. If the returns are within the budget both options would be delivered and if not option A only.
