The current image storage solution has been identified as not being fit for purpose due to a very poor user experience, lack of technical flexibility and poor security in preparation for GDPR. UoN has set up a Project the objectives of which are to procure a solution from a third-party supplier who can not only provide a DAM solution that is fit for purpose but can host off-site as a full managed service. It must also be able to integrate with a new Customer Experience (CX) website and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution that are also being procured within the Digital Engagement Workstream.
