The service provider will be required to maintain the quality of the mobility equipment in order to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the service users. Members of staff must deliver with excellent customer service at all times. More specifically, they must provide service users with the most appropriate vehicle for them and train them before it is taken out. TUPE may apply, and anonymised TUPE data is available on request via the correspondence function of the portal.
