## Summary

The Countess Of Chester Hospital is currently engaged in a national framework agreement for Fixed Fee Procurement Project Delivery Services, aiming to enhance efficiency in managing peaks in workload while reducing costs for Trusts. This procurement falls under the services category, specifically targeting business services related to law, marketing, consulting, recruitment, and security. The agreement was initiated on 1st April 2022 and will last until 31st March 2026, following an open procurement method that seeks to ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations. The tender process concluded on 26th January 2022, with the contracting authority accentuating collaboration with the successful suppliers to adhere to the internal and governmental procurement policies.

This opportunity provides a significant avenue for growth for SMEs and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) that have experience in procurement project delivery services. Companies offering consulting or project management services, particularly those with a solid understanding of governmental procurement regulations, would be well-placed to compete. The ability to handle diverse procurement project types is essential, as the service is divided into four lots, catering to different public sector needs. Interested businesses should prepare to engage through the NHS sourcing portal to express interest and submit their bids effectively.
