Case Type The business requirements are for NSIs to undertake the following casework types, so a variety of expertise is needed to be procured: * S78 planning appeals (low Level 1 cases) * Housing Appeals Service (HAS) * Commercial Appeals Service (CAS) * S20 Listed Building Appeals * Enforcement Appeals * Tree Preservation Order Appeals The contract model will remain flexible to allow the introduction/removal of alternate case types. Essential Criteria NSIs must possess the following as a minimum: * A degree or equivalent in a relevant subject * Membership of a relevant professional body * At least 5 years post graduate experience demonstrating accomplished capability, or relevant profession * Experience demonstrating application of relevant planning law and town and country planning policy and principles Full details of the requirements will be provided in the tender documentation. Lot details * Lot 1 - S78 Planning Appeals General These appeals are decided by way of written representation and will typically be relatively small scale developments.
