The preferred options of which are: - Level 2 diploma qualifications in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts, City & Guilds (course number 8065-02) - Hospitality and Catering Level 2 (course number 7132) specialising in the - Diploma in Professional cookery (Preparation and Cooking) 7132-07) This course will be delivered to men already working within the catering department, including those working in HMP Haverigg's award winning smokery in a fully equipped area. As such, there are no set up costs anticipated in delivering this tender.
