## Notice

The services required have been allocated to separate lots on the basis that ESC expects to enter into direct appointments for each: o Lot 1 - Master-planning, Landscape Design, EIA Scoping & Coordination o Lot 2 - Town Planning o Lot 3 - Transportation & Highways o Lot 4 - Drainage & Flood Risk o Lot 5 - Utilities o Lot 6 - Cost Consultant Each Lot will be scored separately on its own merit and suppliers are welcome to bid for as many of the lots as they would like however a Part B needs to be completed for each lot separately.
