## Notice

The scope of reporting requirements included an initial Red Book valuation report by 21st October 2019, to include commentary on Land value (residual valuation), GDV, market absorption rates and competition, the Borrower assumptions included in their sales and marketing strategy, ongoing annual re-valuations may be required and should have been quoted for.
