Due to the size and nature of the site, our primary target developer is a local SME or an RP. As such, I am looking for an agent with the local presence and intelligence, who is able to bring the site to the locally based developers. This may require partnering with the local estate agent. - Prepare marketing materials in agreement with HCA.
