Planning approval has been obtained. Planning reference P183891/F Highmore Street, Hereford - The demolition of 5Nr existing bungalows and the design and construction of 6Nr houses and 1Nr type M3 bungalow. The units are split across two adjacent sites approximately 100 metres apart. Planning approval has been obtained. Planning reference P183889/F and P183890/F. There is currently a proposal for a further 12Nr units to be developed at Pine Grove, Hereford but this is still subject to planning.
