## Notice

The British Council is seeking a provider of property services that can provide flexible support on a call-off basis to underpin the capacity of our existing teams in dealing with periods of high business demand. The British Council is in a period of change. As a result it is expected that this will necessitate change to the physical estate to reduce costs as well as opening new premises as some operations expand. The nature of this work will be project driven, with the volume, being strategic change dependant, yet to be fully determined. However, it is expected that the work will periodically exceed the capacity of the in-house teams to deliver and it will be necessary to supplement the teams' delivery services for specific projects. It is very unlikely that additional full-time resource will be required. Instead, a flexibility of service delivery will be required to match the requirements of each discreet project, or group of projects.
