The objective of the building works project is to develop a dedicated Enterprise Hub, a faility that will provide a business incubation and innovation space that serves both Goldsmiths students and alumni, and the wider community of SMEs and start-ups in the New Cross area. The tender process is two stage and up to 6 contractors will be shortlisted and invited to submit a tender following the evaluation of PQQ responses.
