## Notice

It should be noted that the demolition of the Princes Jetty is anticipated to be managed under the PCSA by the appointed contractor as an enabling works package contract in advance of the award of the second stage construction contract for the Cruise Terminal. * Construction of a new Cruise Liner Terminal on a suspended deck structure at the Princes Jetty site, the erection of a vehicular link span bridge and pedestrian bridge/walkway to connect the new Cruise Terminal to the existing landing stage, improvements to the existing landing stage, including modification of existing buildings such as the lower cruise terminal reception building, removal of the building on the northern end of the pontoon and creation of an ancillary buildings for storage and use by operational staff; improvements to Princes Parade to incorporate pedestrian crossing facilities, provision of terminal parking, pickup and drop off facilities, and supporting development.
