Properties will include: Sheltered or Independent Living Schemes Communal areas/blocks of multiple occupancy (flats) Temporary Accommodation /Houses of Multiple Occupation Gypsy & Traveller site offices Others as required. It is intended that the contract will start in September 2018 and is for 2 years Help and Support - The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you though the Tender process.
