Fase 2: um servico de manutencao de 4 anos do novo equipamento, bem como monitoramento remoto, incluindo plataforma online acessivel para celulares e computadores dos alarmes e comunicacao aos gerentes de seguranca da autoridade. Os licitantes devem observar que a Fase 1 e considerada apenas no caso de um fornecedor diferente do titular receber este contrato e, portanto, o sistema deve ser substituido. Caso o titular seja concedido, este contrato sera para um servico de manutencao de 5 anos.
