East Kent Housing will act as the contract administrator for these contracts. The Councils are seeking to appoint one contractor across East Kent to provide the services and will each enter into independent contracts with the contractor for the services. Option 1 is to award up to two contracts: one for asbestos surveys and sample testing services (Lot 1) and/or one for asbestos removal and disposal services (Lot 2).
