The full scope as outlined in schedule 2. The successful candidate will be expected to produce strategic visions that are innovative and capable of anticipating changing circumstances over a long term period. The visions will support relevant policies contained in the LPR. They must contain a clear spatial steer to where growth in Newbury and Thatcham over the 30 year period will take place.
