The aim is to encourage and work with local voluntary and community sector organisations to build community capacity for sustainable weight loss around healthy cooking skills, shopping on a budget and more targeted weight loss interventions for adults and residents with learning disabilities and/or mental physical health issues. The tender will be evaluated based on 100% Quality. Bidders should be aware that, regardless of their price, to be considered for award of this contract they must achieve a qualitative evaluation score of no less than 60%, (equivalent to a weighted score of 60 out of 100). Bids that exceed the costs of Lot 1 - PS70,000 (exclusive of extension) and Lot 2 - PS25,000 (exclusive of extension) will be rejected by the Council.
