## Notice

There is a possibility that after the initial 6 month term, the agreement gets extended by a further 6 months, therefore the maximum contract duration will be for 12 months. The contract value is PS624,000 over the six month term, and VAT will not be applicable. Even if the contract is extended by a further six months, the contract value will remain unchanged at PS624,000. A voluntary ex ante transparency notice relating to this matter was published on 24 Mar 2022.
