Provision of ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Levels 2, 3 and 5 to Cornwall Council staff in line with Cornwall Council People Strategy and CPD (Continuous Personal Development). Existing provision / contract is due to expire on 31/03/2017 and this provision needs to be replaced. The contract with the new supplier will run from 01/04/17 through to 31/03/19 with the option of extending for a further year. Additional information: The Council uses a web-based system on the South West Portal found at https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/ (DueNorth) to manage tender processes. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain a username and password before gaining access to the system.
