It is proposed to convert the games room to create a sensory room; the scope of works will include the division of the room and the fit out of the new sensory room Works include but are not limited to: * Strip out of existing radiator, ceiling and finishes * Adaptations to existing storage cupboards * Sub-division of the room with stud partitioning and the provision of a new doorset and ceiling to the new sensory room * Supply and installation of new sensory equipment and electrical services * All new decorations and finishes to floors, walls and ceilings * Relocation of the existing radiator to the games room * New decorations to the games room
