The objective of this tender process is to establish a Framework Agreement with the tenderers and London and Quadrant Housing Trust for a period of two years. Rebates will be required. Aperture Works is a mixed use new build development in the Borough of Harrow, North London. The development is broken into 4 Phase comprising of 5 blocks, ranging from 12 to 4 stories. 739 residential apartments, of which 449 are private sale, 108 private rental schemes, 111 are affordable and 71 are shared ownership. The site also hosts an NHS unit, Children's nursery, Supermarket, cafe and a flexible office space. Linked by extensive landscaping, community space and shared surfaces.
