This tender offers substantial opportunities for growth, particularly for local businesses adept at personnel training, guidance, and job search services. Companies with expertise in supporting individuals with disabilities or health conditions could significantly enhance their service offerings and expand their footprint in the public sector. The Growth Company is particularly keen to partner with organisations capable of working within the Fidelity Model framework, making this an ideal opportunity for entities that have demonstrated effectiveness in delivering inclusive employment support solutions.
