Such data will also be key for creating baselines for the evaluation of HSE's strategy. Protecting people and places: HSE strategy 2022 to 203 As the various requirements differ in focus and extent, HSE needs access to a survey mechanism which is suitably adaptable and flexible. To this end, it has previously used this contract to purchase questions on a market-leading business-to-business omnibus survey. This approach has meant that questions can be in-field very quickly, with the number of responses being sizeable and representative (the benefits of a guaranteed achieved sample).
