## Summary

The NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit is seeking partners for the "Small Steps Big Changes People in the Lead" programme, focusing on community health services in Nottingham, East Midlands. This open tender is currently active, with submissions due by 4th March 2022. The successful organisation will contribute to a sustainable model supporting the Parent Champion and Ambassador role, aiming to foster coproduction and collaborative efforts in local system change until March 2025.

This tender presents significant growth opportunities for dynamic and innovative organisations, particularly those experienced in the Early Years and Family Sector, health services, and welfare for children and young people. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are particularly encouraged to apply, as the process values collaborative and flexible approaches in addressing local needs.

## Notice

Small Steps Big Changes is hosted by Nottingham CityCare Partnership, an innovative social enterprise provider of community health services. Coproduction is central to the SSBC Programme, and plays a core role in the local system change model. Over the last three years we have committed to this through the 'Community Voice: Community Connection' contract which ends on 31st June 2022. Our ambition has grown in the SSBC Partnership and we are looking for a collaborative partner to: provide a robust infrastructure to support, develop and embed the Parent Champion and Ambassador role across the Nottingham system and, create a sustainable model beyond the SSBC funding in March 2025 to meet our ambition for a tangible coproduction legacy of 'people in the lead' * We need a dynamic agile organisation who will bring their knowledge and understanding of the changing context of the Early Years and Family Sector and flex around this. * We are looking for a collaborative partner who will embrace divergent thinking and collective intelligence * There is a lot of work already taking place and you will need to be aware of this and build on the existing assets whilst being innovative and open to change.
