The contract with the current Supplier, Capita, will end in 2024. Lot 2 - Connexions Connexion's provide impartial Information, Advice and Guidance to young people aged 16-18 year olds (up to age 25 for those with an Education and Health Care Plan.) who are Leicester City residents. The council is currently using Cognisoft IO. Lot 3 - Youth Justice. Leicester City Children and Young People's Justice service is a multi-agency statutory service that supervises children between 10 and 17 years old who are at risk of offending or have been through the criminal justice system.
