The Supplier will be expected to initially provide this service for 10 staff users and 30 contractors, with the potential to rise in the future as CDPS grows. - Only staff will require the provision of hardware. Contractors will control their own hardware but must be given access to CDPS systems to effectively work with CDPS. - The expected duration of the Contract is a period of 3 years with two possible extension periods of one year each (3+1+1). The total budget for this requirement for the initial 3-year term is PS75k (including VAT but excluding any extension periods). Work will be completed remotely and should be completed without sub-contractors, if possible. If sub-contractors are necessary, then suppliers will be expected to deliver a detailed plan of delivery for the sub-contractors and demonstrate how they will ensure delivery of the relevant Services by those sub-contractors. - The Supplier is required to submit Generic Business Continuity (BC) and Resilience Provision and Policy/Compliance/Audit Reports as part of their submission. - Access to a bilingual (English & Welsh) customer service helpdesk portal is required.
