## Notice

The tender consists of 10 Lots - 6 Lots for Prime Providers of services across specific geographic areas, 1 Lot for a Framework contract for Adult Care and 3 Lots for Framework contracts for Care & Home for Children with a range of support needs Additional information: Lot One - Knutsford, Wilmslow & Poynton; Lot Two - Macclesfield; Lot Three - Congleton & Holmes Chapel; Lot Four - Sandbach,Middlewich & Alsager; Lot Five - Crewe; Lot 6 - Nantwich & Rural; Lot Seven - Adults Framework; Lot Eight - Children with Complex Care Needs; Lot Nine - Children with Personal Care Needs; Lot Ten - Children with Care Needs
