## Notice

Torbay Council is exploring the opportunity of contracting with a supplier for Mental wellbeing and Long-Covid support via Torbay Community Helpline. The Council is seeking a supplier who can provide timely, needs-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed mental wellbeing and long-Covid-19 support to Torbay residents, who seek help via the Torbay Community Helpline from 01st April 2023 to 31st March 2024. This is not a new service. Please refer to the Expression of Interest document for further details of requirements. Providers are required to complete and return Appendix B Expression of Interest. Expression of Interest forms must be returned through the 'Messaging' facility on this ProContract e-tendering system, or by email to procurement.team@torbay.gov.uk by 12:00 Noon on Friday 17th February 2023.
