Note - All of the above are mandatory elements of the contract and therefore bidders should not submit a bid unless they are able to deliver all elements of the works required. The purpose of the contract is to ensure that all portable fire fighting equipment installed within the properties covered by the contract is maintained in line with BS5306 Part 3 and that portable fire fighting equipment provision within the properties is in line with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 at all times.
