The digital solution should be free to use by residents, easily accessible on different platforms and currently exist beyond proof of concept. o The solution should collect data and use this to provide on-going feedback to residents to facilitate behaviour change, including: o Advice on key food waste reduction behaviours o Types (and ideally weight in kgs) of food wasted o Evidence of how food waste has been prevented o The solution should also act as a means for the County Council to communicate new messages with users in accordance with the feedback received from use of the digital tool by residents. * What is the aim of the early engagement - At this stage the County Council is looking to establish which suitable suppliers exist in the marketplace and: o An outline of their suggestions for a solution to meet the need (described below) o their thoughts on any potential issues o feedback around what can be achieved with different budget levels (current budget is PS12,000) o Please note, at this stage we are not looking for quotes for this work.
