The aim will be to boost wellbeing, reduce the risk of poor mental health outcomes for parents and improve longer-term outcomes for children by improving the development of secure attachment relationships within the 'Critical 1001 Days' (conception to age 2). Additional information: Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (CSW-JETS) for the administration of this procurement process.
