This pre-procurement phase allows potential providers to express interest and provide input for service development. Interested parties must complete questionnaires by 18th November 2023 to participate. This opportunity falls under the Health and social work services category, with a focus on the East Midlands region. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations are encouraged to participate. The Leicester City Council serves as the buying organisation for this phase, which is currently in the planning stage. ## Notice THIS IS NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION Leicester City Council (the Authority) and the Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland NHS Integrated Care Board (ICB) are recommissioning their Home Care Services, for the population of Leicester. As part of the commissioning process, the Commissioners would like to undertake a soft market test. This gives potential providers and other stakeholders the opportunity to express their interests and feed in their views. The Commissioners will use the information to appraise options and develop the Service model. To participate in this Soft Market Testing, for organisations that may be interested, either individually or as part of a consortium, please complete the Soft Market Testing questionnaire. For Home Care provider staff that may be interested, please complete the Home Care provider staff questionnaire. The questionnaire can be found by copying and pasting the following the web link into your web browser: https://forms.office.com/r/zPv3Lx1BVp Home Care Providers are encouraged to pass on the above link to their members of staff who would like to participate. The questionnaires must be completed and submitted before or no later than 17:00 hours on 18th November 2023. This advert is regarding undertaking a Soft Market Test and therefore is not a call for competition.
