The Client directly employs over 130 staff based in purpose built office accommodation on the new DurhamGate site in Spennymoor. Currently the client has a managed print service that provides three mono MFDs and two colour MFDs. All devices have several paper trays and will print both A4 and A3. These are leased with quarterly billing and there is a per page charge that covers all consumables except paper and staples. All maintenance and necessary parts are also covered under these costs. The client is looking for a company to provide a new managed print service with features such as follow-me printing, scanning, photocopying, and auditing and accounting.
