## Notice

Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint a Contractor(s) to provide a Bulk Disposal from Site service (Lot 1), Tipping facilities service (Lot 2) and Waste Disposal by Skip (Lot 3). The estimated contract value is PS350k per annum for Lot 1, PS420k per annum for Lot 2 and PS40k per annum for Lot 3. The proposed contract period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance. The Employer intends to appoint up to 5 (five) Contactors to Lot 1, up to 10 (ten) Contractors to Lot 2 and up to 2 (two) Contractors for Lot 3. Tenderer's can bid any number of Lots and be appointed to any number of Lots.
