## Notice

This model will support VSM to develop as digital leaders and support their organisations to progress and develop in digital maturity. This project needs to be delivered to people who can create and implement systemic change in Social Care organisations. This model will then be evaluated against BDRW's previous models and others from industry to identify the best approach to meet the needs of social care leaders prior to our national roll out.
