This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise prospective providers of the intention to go out to procurement but the main purpose of the PIN is to assess the level of interest in this requirement. Catering Disposables are critical items in a prison kitchen. These types of items assist with food preparation, service, storage and portion control. This requirement covers the entire prison estate throughout England and Wales. Due to the critical nature of Catering Disposable products the contract is likely to contain performance measures.
